A Happy Welcome
Aren’t tulips just the happiest & most cheerful flowers you’ve ever seen?! I desperately wanted to change up the decor on our front door for the springtime, & came up with the idea to hang a basket of happy tulips. These little pretties brighten my day every single day. They are also a little sign that even though it’s still quite cold outside, spring is literally right around the corner. I just love spring, & cannot wait for the city to be filled with blooms & sunshine.

The Simple DIY Door Decor
This little DIY project was actually so easy to do. All I needed was a basket or vessel to hold the tulips, a bit of flower foam, silk pink & white tulips, & some burlap ribbon. First, I filled the bottom of the basket with flower foam. Then I cut & arranged the tulips by sticking the stems into the flower foam until the desired look was created. I finished it off by tying a pretty bow using the the burlap ribbon in order for the basket to hang on our door. In the end, I had enough to make 2 arrangements so we were able to keep one at our front door & we put the other one in our kitchen on the back door. Ben has even expressed how happy these make him on a daily basis. They are just the cutest things.
