My Top 5

Moroccanoil Treatment

I cannot get enough of this product. It works wonders on both wet & dry hair to tame frizz & add that gorgeous shine. Who doesn’t want gorgeous silky hair?

Balm Dotcom

I use the Glossier Balm Dotcom every single night. It heals my chapped lips while I sleep & is great on cuticles as well. Perfect for these cool temperatures. Shop all Glossier here.

The Perfect Red Lipstick

Look no further! I’ve found the perfect red lip! The Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G. lip in shade “So Marylin” is not only the most idyllic red, but is also so nourishing to your lips. A must-have in your lipstick collection.

Statement Earrings

BaubleBar is killing the statement earrings game right now. These black bow earrings are a classic. Even though they are big, they are light & comfortable to wear.

A Lasting Fragrance

I’m so impressed by Jo Malone fragrances. The scent stays on my skins for hours! That’s why I chose to wear a combination of English Oak & Hazelnut & Peony & Blush Suede on my wedding day. Pomegranate Noir is on my Christmas list this year.

It’s Party Time!

This time of year brings holiday parties & gatherings just about every weekend. I always like to have plenty of dress options available to choose from so I don’t have to worry when something comes up out of the blue. This gorgeous holiday red dress is my favorite dress I will be wearing this season. It’s feminine, chic, so flattering, & perfectly festive. I love that the bow can be worn in the front, in the back, on the side, or around your neck depending on your own personal style. What a fun way to customize your look.

Today I’ve rounded up some of my favorite holiday dresses at every price point. A good fashion statement does not have to break the bank. Find a look that you love at a price you’re comfortable spending. I’m also adding some of my favorite party accessories to the bottom of this post, so don’t forget to check them out!

Holiday Gift Guide For Him

Holiday Gift Guide For Him

Hello Everyone!

Sometimes, the gentlemen in our lives can be a bit tricky to buy for, I know from experience. Today, I’ve put together a holiday gift guide for him in which all things have been approved by Ben. He either wants, or already has, everything on this list. Weather you’re looking for a sporty gift, a fashionable gift, an outdoorsy gift, or a techie gift, this gift guide covers it all.

We have been getting together with another couple over the past year or two for game nights, & one of our newest favorite games is Ticket to Ride.

I used this Shiseido face wash a while back, & Ben tried it once & quickly fell in love. It’s all he uses to wash his face now!

Every man needs a pair of bluetooth earbuds. They are perfect for using while working out, doing yard work, commuting, etc. Speaking of working out, if your man likes to box at the gym, check out these great gloves.

Are you really a man if you don’t own a pocket knife or multi-tool?

These very affordable men’s dress shoes know how to make a man look goooooood.

Beauty Gift Bags For Your Girlfriends

Beauty Gift Bags For Your Girlfriends

Hello Everyone!

This is something I have always wanted to do, & I’m so excited to finally be putting these together this year! During the Sephora VIB Rouge sale last month, I ordered a few value sets filled with fun makeup & skincare bits. Now, I get to break them up & make little Christmas beauty gift bags for my girlfriends. The best part, is that they are actually amazing products, & I saved so much money by buying the Sephora value sets. Let me show you how I divide them up & package them to give away.

Holiday Sets To Make Beauty Gift Bags For Your Girlfriends

Beauty Gift Bags For Your Girlfriends

The four value sets I chose sold out very quickly, but don’t you worry! I’ve found quite the roundup of holiday sets at every price point. Some of my favorites available now have to be this Tarte Holiday Lip Sculptor Set, these Origins Superstar Minis, & this Buxom Mini Lip Collection (You know how much I die for these Buxom glosses!).

Once you’ve chosen your sets, now comes the fun part: choosing who gets what. This can definitely take some time, but I just love thinking about what would look good one each of my girlfriends, or which shade/scent they would love most. Yes, you are buying things in bulk, but you are also personalizing each gift in a special way.

Split them up however you want. I tried to spread mine out equally so that each of my girlfriends get 2-3 fun beauty products curated just for them.

After I’ve divided everything up, I now place them in a fun & festive holiday bag along with a personalized Christmas note. These beauty bits are great because they can act alone as a great gift, or can be a supplement for a gift you already have for them. To finish these off this year, I am going to make some homemade Christmas cookies & add a few to each bag. Other fun add-ons include store bought chocolates or candies, candles, hot cocoa mixes, a Christmas ornament, puppy chow, or cocktail minis. I had so much fun making these this season, I know I will definitely be doing this again in the coming years.

Doesn’t this sound like a fun way to give gifts this year? xx
