I have honestly never thought of lavender as a fall color before. I’ve always just seen it as a happy spring shade, but I have been seeing it in a new light as of late. As you all know, I’ve been playing around with different colors in my wardrobe lately, & I’m totally loving how this lovely lavender shade is pairing with some of my favorite fall tones. Let me show you what I mean.

One way to integrate lavender into your fall wardrobe is to mix it with other classic fall tones. Lavender plays well with navy, gold, & camel, but a new combination that I am so excited about it lavender & burgundy. As you know from my recent post, burgundy is one of my very favorites to wear in the fall, so opening the door to mixing it with this gorgeous lavender color is creating so many new outfits for me.

Here is a sneak peek into my lavender infused outfits for this fall:
Then, a lavender floral long sleeved dress under my navy velvet J.Crew dress with either boots or loafers.
Next, a lavender floral pussy bow top under a cream balloon sleeve top with a velvet midi skirt in rust & either ballerinas or heels.
Finally, a lavender velvet mini skirt with a camel turtleneck & matching camel beret paired with a neutral block heel.
